We put our favorite linens, supplies, decor, and entertainment in the cabin so that this home can serve many families for many years. We also partner with the best cleaners in town to make sure you have a clean and comfortable stay! We love to travel so we've made this a place that we would want to stay with all of the details covered. Roku Smart TVs in bedrooms, game room and living room. You can sign into any service you’d like, but there aren’t any services provided. We provide an infant eating chair and pack-n-play along with eating-ware for the littles. 🚗 EV Charging Available We provide a convenient Level 2 EV charger on-site. Guests may use the charger for $10/day (flat rate), which covers electricity and maintenance. Please let us know in advance if you plan to charge your vehicle so we can add it to your reservation.

STRICT NO PARTY/QUET HOURS POLICY This is a peaceful residential area. Loud noise, and parties are not permitted at any time, as per county ordinance subject to county fines. County quiet hours are from 9:30pm-8am, no loud noises outdoors after 9:30pm. Violations of quiet hours may result in a fine. A noise monitor is on the premises. PARKING: All must be parked in the driveway only, we recommend up to 6 cars to allow ample room for parking. Street parking and parking on the grass are prohibited by county ordinance for safety reasons. The roads are narrow, and emergency vehicles must have clear access. Parking is actively monitored, and violations may result in tickets or towing at the vehicle owner’s expense. Thank you for your cooperation! The primary booker (18+) must stay for the entire reservation—no third-party bookings or subletting, per Airbnb policy. No tents allowed SECURITY DEPOSIT: -A security deposit (through Hospitable) of $150 will be requested 2 days before check-in -The entire deposit will be released automatically 2 days after check-out (if no damage or additional cleaning fees and a request is submitted) - Identification screening through Truvi required for reservation. PET FEE and POLICY: A pet fee is automatically applied for 1 dog at the time of booking (even if you book for more than 1 pet in the pet count section). If you are booking more than one pet, please notify us and we will manually adjust the fee to include additional pets. No more than 2 dogs permitted. Cats not permitted due to owner’s severe allergies. Please keep your dogs leashed at all times when outdoors for safety. LADY BUGS: Lady bugs are common in this region, especially during certain times of year. While we maintain regular pest maintenance, this is a natural part of the setting being so close to nature. Reminder of our CANCELLATION POLICY: We stick to our cancellation policy for every booking. Including for weather related or power outage issues. We recommend purchasing travel insurance when booking. Once a booking is made, it blocks our calendar off so we have a cancellation policy in place to ensure we can continue to operate the property and provide a great experience for all guests. Requests to change your dates are treated the same as cancellations. If you ask us to cancel or change your dates, we will point you to this on our listing description.

Neighborhood
As close as you can be to downtown Ellijay and everything you could possibly need while still feeling totally private and tucked away in our beautiful neighborhood! Ellijay has plenty of amazing local restaurants as well and we are only 7 minutes away. Quiet neighborhood with a mix of rentals and full-time residents. Everyone is very friendly. Your cabin sits up on the hill with the most stunning views you've ever seen. You can comfortably walk around the neighborhood :)
Guest Access
The whole property and outdoor space is yours :) the driveway has plenty of parking for 6 regular sized vehicles. The Game Room - accessed through the outside back door and NOT connected to the rest of the house - is a converted storage space designed for your entertainment.

Plenty of parking at the property! Enough for probably 5-6 vehicles. We've had trucks, trailers etc park here so you shouldn't have any issues getting to the driveway or parking. All roads are paved and easy to find. Keep in mind this is a mountain home that offers beautiful views, as such the roads are hilly, but well worth the views!
